As a customer of DB Pixel Hosting you are bound to our terms whether you have read them or not. Please read them carefully as we reserve the right to update our terms when required.
Hosting Terms
» You are required to link back to DB Pixel Hosting from your index page using either an image or text link.
» Don't share your account password unless necessary - if you need to give your password to someone for installation or other purposes, you are required to notify DB Pixel Hosting in advance. This is a security precaution.
» Outstanding account fees will incur a penalty of $6 after five days. If your outstanding invoice is not paid within ten days your account will be disabled until it is settled. You will be notified of outstanding fees prior to penalties or suspension.
At DB Pixel Hosting we prohibit:
» The publication and transmition of pornography; discriminatory remarks which are sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive; excessive obscene or vulgar language; content that is defamatory or invades a person's privacy and content that discusses or illustrates illegal activity; or providing links to sites that contain any of the aforementioned.
» The publication of copyrighted materials.
» Internet abuse - including bulk spam email use, unsolicited email and schemes.

Domain Terms (for domains kept on our account)
» Domains that are kept on the DB Pixel Hosting account are fully maintained by us. You will not be given any login details for your domain, you can rest easy knowing that we are taking care of it for you.
» In the event that you decide to move hosting providers, your domain will be released and transfered to you. This will incur a fee of $10 to cover our transfer fee with our domain registrar.
» Outstanding domain renewal (annual) fees will incur a penalty of $10 after five days. If your outstanding invoice is not paid within ten days your domain will be disabled until it is settled. If you have not paid the renewal fee after 30 days your domain will be forfeit and become the property of DB Pixel Hosting. You will be notified of outstanding fees prior to penalties or forfeiture.
» Domains that have been forfeit may be purchased back from DB Pixel Hosting IF it is within 12 months of its original expiry and IF it hasn't already been resold. The price of this purchase depends on outstanding fees.
» In the event that you decide to move hosting providers, your domain will be released and transfered to you. This will incur a fee of $10 to cover our transfer fee with our domain registrar.

Layout Terms (including custom design and websets)
» If you use a DBP layout, whether it be a webset or custom work, you are required to keep all credit links intact. This includes link-backs to DB Pixel Hosting and any additional credits for graphics used in your layout.
» You are welcome to make any changes to your layout that you desire, including changing graphics. However, you are still required to link back to DBP as it is still our layout.
» Layouts are for you and you only. You are not to redistribute or resell layouts.

Script Terms
» Any credit links included in scripts (e.g. sigtag maker) are to remain intact. This includes link-backs to DB Pixel Hosting and any additional credits for graphics used in your layout, etc.
» Scripts are not to be redistributed and resold.
» Some scripts may contain their own terms that will be sent with purchase, or as requested by you prior to purchase.
